Walnut Workshop Factory Photography Studio
Our Walnut Workshop Factory Photography Studio is 360 square feet with an Infinity Wall.
Please Note* This is a warehouse space with an open ceiling. There is a light shade across the top of the studio that fully diffuses outside light. The studio is equipped with noiseless fans and the building has a swamp cooler but there is not centralized air conditioning in the building. We are actively looking for additional air conditioning solutions, but if it’s hot outside, it will be warm in the studio.
RENTAL DETAILS:
- Studio Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 7AM – 9PM.
- Please request dates for rental by filling out the booking form at the bottom of this page to confirm.
- Rental Rates: $25 per hour/$150 for 8 hours
- Deposit is 50% of rental fee and must be paid to confirm booking reservation. Deposits are non-refundable. Balance of booking fee will be collected 24 hours prior to rental.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please take note of the following rental policies:
POLICIES:
1. Booking and Reservations:
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
- Studio bookings are subject to availability and should be made in advance.
2. Rental Rates and Hours:
- Rental rates are based on hourly or daily usage, as specified in our pricing schedule.
- Studio hours must be strictly adhered to, including setup and cleanup time within the booked period.
- Additional space for hair/MUA/and changing station available upon request.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future bookings if rescheduled with sufficient notice.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time may incur additional charges.
4. Studio Use and Conduct:
- The studio must be left in the same condition as found, with equipment and props returned to their original positions.
- Respectful behavior towards studio property and fellow renters is expected at all times.
- Music must be played at a volume that does not disrupt neighbors.
- Shoe booties will be provided and must be worn of shoes by everyone except models as they are shooting.
5. Equipment and Additional Services:
- Usage of personal equipment must be approved in advance and is at the renter’s own risk.
6. Liability and Insurance:
- Renters are responsible for any damage caused to studio property or equipment during their rental period.
- Proof of liability insurance may be required for certain types of shoots or events.
7. Guests and Visitors:
- The number of individuals in the studio should not exceed the agreed-upon limit due to safety and space constraints.
- Guests and visitors must comply with studio policies and be accompanied by the renter at all times.
8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- All shoots must comply with local laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and copyright.
